If you're seeking a stunning venue unlike any other, Deerwood Ranch Weddings and Events awaits you. Our rustic barn venue offers every amenity you need for a truly beautiful experience. Residing on 4700 acres of land, you will find the ranch nestled at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains, directly on the Middle Fork River, where grass grows deep and wild horses roam. It's a working family ranch with comforting historical features. We are located just 30 minutes West of Laramie, Wyoming and 2.5 hours from Denver, Colorado. Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 160 guests. With a bridal suite, breezeway, full kitchen and reception hall, you'll soon see why our location is ideal for any of your special occasions!

Venue Pricing Details
Our Barn has a bridal suite with full bathroom, kitchen, dance floor, and guest restrooms. We provide the venue for you from Friday (9:00 am) through Sunday (4:00 pm) which includes tables and chairs for up to 160 people, time to decorate, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
You are in charge of decorations/set up, catering, music, alcohol, clean up, etc. You can use your own catering company, photographer, florist, etc. or ask us about local vendors we love. We are an indoor facility but all of our couples are having their ceremony outside by the barn and their reception inside the barn.
- 0-100 people--$7,500
- 100-160 people--$10,000
Additional items
- Horse drawn wagon ride for the bride or wedding party to ceremony site $1000.
- Tractor-trailer tour through wild horses on Friday $40/person, 25 person minimum, food and drinks welcome.
- Elopement package $3500, couple plus two witnesses (optional) ,photographer, and officiant--includes a one or two night stay in the bridal suite, a small cake, and wagon ride.
